Orders are processed at 3:00 pm (CST) Monday – Friday. If you are placing your order after 3:00 pm CST, it will be processed the following business day. Processed orders will be shipped within 2 days. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. You will receive email confirmation when your order is shipped.
Recently, some (not all) packages are taking extended transit times. This could be up to 4 wks in the US, and 2 months or more for international shipments. There is no guaranteed delivery date. If the post has the package and it is just sitting in one of their hubs, we can’t do much but just wait. Further, we are not responsible for damage or theft occurring once the package has been delivered by the carrier.
International: For undeliverable International packages (e.g. address, change of address, customer did not pickup, COVID restrictions, etc) that are sent back and received by InertiaSoft per tracking, shipping will not be refunded. Product refund will be made if received in like new condition. Reshipment will not be made.

Shipping to USA: InertiaSoft uses only U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority Shipping with Delivery Confirmation at a rate of approximately $8. Actual costs will be calculated 0during the checkout process.
Shipping to Canada/Mexico: Standard shipping in Canada/Mexico is USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate of approximately $30. Actual costs will be calculated during the checkout process. Tracking is unavailable.
Shipping to Other Countries: Standard shipping to other countries not listed above is USPS Priority Mail flat rate of approximately $40. Actual costs will be calculated during the checkout process. Tracking is not available. We are not responsible for late deliveries or for packages lost by USPS.
Note for non-US shipments: All orders are shipped DAP/DDU. The seller only takes responsibility for shipping the product. The customer is required to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.
